Sent my friend there and he was literally told to go somewhere else. While it says appointments recommended, it does not say they're the only way to get the service. Terrible way to run a business.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE: Before booking an appointment at this barber shop, please take a moment to consider my experience. Regrettably, I must share that it was the most disappointing encounter I've ever had with a barber. Upon arrival, Steve seemed already inebriated and continued drinking throughout my haircut.
