During my first visit I was unhappy with my undercut/design and my son’s design. After leaving a previous review based on that experience, the owner reached out to me and reimbursed me along with including a free cut/design from himself for me and my son. Having the cuts/designs done by him specifically was a drastic change compared to the other two barbers who originally cut our hair the first time we came to the shop.
