Great staff excellent service
Beautiful med spa located in a growing area of grove city. Conveniently located close to 270. The spa is beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing. Brandi and Kaleigh are warm, friendly, professional and provide excellent service. Highly recommend!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this salon, and I didn’t even get to my appointment. I spoke to them, and their attitude was completely unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing my concerns politely, they spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, which was unacceptable. I ended up canceling my appointment because I can’t imagine trusting my care to a place that treats customers this way. “Very bad service! The owner of Fade Esthetics only cares about money. My wife scheduled a free consultation but had to cancel due to an emergency with our baby. She tried to cancel online, but they still charged our card $75! Absolutely unacceptable. These people don’t care about their customers—don’t waste your time or money here.”
