Although booked online and also confirmed with receptionist, still need to wait more than 3 hours in person. Very disappointing and non recommend others to come.
Giving then one star is being incredibly generous. There are no points making a booking here and thinking you will get in on time. On multiple occasions even when I arrived on time I had to wait well over an hour and a half.
Dr. Andrew Serafim. highly professional and take his time to consult with you thoroughly and follow up with the whole treatment process. Great Dr. to see.
Dr Serafim’s care level is next level and he is so thorough, i now won’t see any other doctor. You don’t feel rushed while in your appointment and because of his care and how thorough he is the wait time is beyond worth it. The reception/admin staff are always polite, helpful and caring.
Waited 4 and a half hours for my appointment, just for my doctor to see a walk in before me. If we have a set time, there is no reason for the doctor to be running so late behind.
