Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. What makes it worse is that their system was still showing available bookings every 30 minutes, as if they were running on schedule, which is clearly not the case. When I raised this with reception, I was told this “happens very often,” with zero concern or effort to resolve it. That response alone says everything about how little they value patients’ time. Every time I visit Dr Serafim he make sure I’m heard and take time yes waiting is usually longer but he gives time to you as patient as well
I would not recommend this practice due to the long wait times. They should stop accepting appointments if their wait times exceed 3+ hours.
Although booked online and also confirmed with receptionist, still need to wait more than 3 hours in person. Very disappointing and non recommend others to come.
