Worst customer service Ever. I sat in the waiting area for about 40 min with nobody in chairs. Site literally was waiting on the guy to finish smoking. The he finally put me in a chair. Then proceeded to leave for another 20 minutes. Yo go tap to a friend outside. I asked for a medium fade. That then took simps 40 minutes to accomplish. The cut wasn’t terrible. But I asked for a medium fade not a high one. And then he proceeded to ask for 50. Insane in my opinion. That was definitely a 10 dollar experience
Please please do not go here as long as Marcus Barbour owns the establishment . Don’t just look at the old good reviews this man does not care what kind of work he does as long as he gets your money. Do your research and go to a better Barber and or establishment . Money is too valuable these days to waste it here.
Friendly relaxed felt good about my son getting his hair cut here.
People like to hate on this barbershop as of late, but then fail to realize that one barber doesn’t represent the whole shop. Top tier barbers only work here, enough said, most have a line waiting for them.
DO NOT GO TO MARCUS BARBOUR. The man willing accepted me as his last client and rushed through my hair cut stating he had somewhere to be. Didn’t even give me the mirror until I asked when he was done and when he did he was rude because he knew he did so badly and didn’t want me to see. Don’t waste your money
