This builder built a home adjacent to my property. I called him to address standing water in plastic bins on his property, as there were a lot of mosquitoes. He hung up on me and would not answer further calls.
Horrible business. Will take your money and you will be left with nothing. Do not trust Miguel. He doesn’t want you to meet with any contractors/architects because he is being dishonest. Please don’t utilize Facundo Builders.
DO NOT UTILIZE THIS BUILDER…. HE will take your money and leave you with nothing and blame the city, contractors and anyone else. He will not let you meet with the architect or engineers you are responsible for paying because he lying about the fees and the project as a whole. I loss 6 figures dealing with this awful contractor. Garden Oaks, Oak Forest be aware of this awful builder. He consistently lies. Miguel is a liar and not to be trusted.
