I own a small software business in the Indianapolis area. We used Facts, Inc as the third party administrator for our 401K plan. They created it about 30 years ago and have been the TPA since. I have not met a single Facts employee face to face. My interaction with them was 99% via email or their web portal. Absolutely no problems in 30 years. Great service.

I began a relationship with this company in December of 2020. I was informed in February of 2021 that they would no longer be able to service my account. After they collected a $1,200.00 set up fee. Don't waste your time here, look elsewhere.
