This is my favorite gym in town! I actually enjoy working out now. The trainers here pay special attention to specific needs of each person. Any person can do the workout, they just scale it to your needs. I am enjoying the nutritional counseling as well!

One of the most important issues for me in joining was safety; Factotum has made this a priority. Every coach is a wonderful resource to help you workout in a safe manner including how to do each move. The atmosphere is a great component to and is full of encouragement, thinking of others, and even light hearted banter.
