Not great service, lack of communication. Took my bike in and got told will be looked at in 2 days to be diagnosed for problem so parts could be ordered, when asked keep getting told it will be looked at tomorrow this has happened 3 times constantly being told different days. It has now been in 2 weeks and still not been looked at. If I could ride it home I’d have removed it from this garage by now! It isn’t hard to be honest and if you’re too busy to take the work on then don’t agree to it as could have gone elsewhere.

What do you do when you're hundreds of miles away from home, with a slack chain, and forgot to pack your torque wrench? Google a place that can help! And I did. And found this place in Warrington. I turned up out of the blue, asked for help and got the chain sorted quickly, had a nice bike-chat and off I went. And the best bit: I wasn't even charged for it!
