Con artists! I ordered a part from them but realized I ordered the wrong one... I sent it back but they charged me a 20% restocking fee because there was no paperwork... I did not obviously receive any since I never opened the manufacture box. I explained this and all she said was "sorry".,. I cancelled all my other orders with them and will no longer be using them for business.
