WOW are they still in business. I am searching for a local company and came across this review page. 3 years ago, I ordered cards and had great quality and experience. Last year I ordered more cards and was disgusted with the lack of professionlism when placing the order. And when the cards arrived they were of very poor quality, but they were paid for in full and nobody wanted to hear about bad workmanship. Not only is Plastic Card Factory a RIP OFF for customers, but they also don't pay their vendors! We did work for them and they refuse to pay us. They must have been happy with our work, because they tried to hire our consultant! My advice is to BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, whether you are a potential customer or potential vendor.
Plastic Card Factory is a RIP OFF – The Plastic Card Factory is a "Must Avoid"! We ordered from the Plastic Card Factory at least 5 times and the product looked great even though EVERY order from the Plastic Card Factory had something wrong with it. Terrible! Charges and doesn't deliver! Rude – This is the second time that I'm dealing with PCF. The first time I ordered some business cards from them and we needed it rushed so I paid the fee. First off the girl asked me how fast we needed them, she gave me the option of 1-5 days. I said 1, she immediately replied, no we can't do 1, the quickest is 3.
