If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. Lowes scheduled the appointment with them for February 21 between eight and noon. We took off work to be here and no one ever showed up. They then sent us a text telling us to please disregard our previously scheduled date. They then wanted us to provide them a photo of the model and serial tag of our dishwasher and also give them detailed information of the problem that we were experiencing. If possible I would not even give them 1 star. Technicians lie, leave saying they will order a part then close the work order stating the repair has been successfully completed. Can NEVER talk to a manager to rectify claims. Avoid them at all possible cost!!!!!
I honestly cannot believe this company is still in business. The staff was absolutely the worst to try to work with. Bishop had to have been the most uneducated, unprofessional person that we have ever dealt with. I could not believe what I heard. Definitely would not recommend this company!
