I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I have the same issue with this company. I placed an order back in August 2011, the company charged my credit card and told me that I would receive the items in 2-3 weeks. After waiting 1 month, I called to find out that the items were on back order and it would take an additional 2 weeks. After 2 months of waiting, I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. Today, 8months later, I am still waiting for my refund and have reported the company to BBB and fraud department of my CC compan... read more

Would not use this vendor. Placed an order back in June 2011 - my credit card was charged the same day. After weeks of no product delivery I called and canceled the order. Was told the credit would take 7-10 days. As of todays date - August 30th I still have not received credit after numerous calls to this vendor. Have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company -
