My husband shorted a wire when installing some raptor lights on his truck. I wrote a post on Facebook asking for help. Chris responded and we decided to take my husband's truck to Factory Tuned. Chris was honest and said he would diagnose the car and fix it. He fixed the truck and its running like new! I would highly recommend Chris due to his honesty, extensive knowledge and experience. We are 100% satisfied with his work.
Over priced and dishonest.
Chris is amazing! He changed my oil super fast and was able to tell me my brakes were wearing thin. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra (like jiffy lube had tried to do). I will be back in a month for my brakes and transmission fluid! I highly recommend Factory Tuned to everyone!!
