My company ordered a hopper from them online. When we received it, it was the color of our competitor and it was paint damaged like crazy, along with most of the safety labels damaged or missing. We receive used equipment from time to time so our receiving signed for it since all the packing list said was "Hopper". I thought it had been used initially but they insisted it was new.
