I will never go to any other car rental companies again. I a local and I needed my car worked on. I shopped around and then I found step one car rental. They were more that accommodating because they had to extend that date due to unforseen issues with it being a brand new 2025 Nissan. Provided excellent service, work and very helpful staff. Outstanding warranty and was able to get my car in for repair within a couple of days coming in. Very happy.
The entire team is absolutely fabulous! They took care of my and my husbands vehicles with minimal downtime. Payton is wonderful and answered single one of my questions with a smile. The stand by their work as well which is great! We will definitely be using them again!
The whole team here is phenomenal. They took the time to help me truly understand what was going to be fixed and the process, as well as consistently kept updates to us.
