The whole team here is phenomenal. They took the time to help me truly understand what was going to be fixed and the process, as well as consistently kept updates to us. The finished job is absolutely STUNNING! Josh is an artist at his craft and I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle. Lastly, Dawn at the front desk is awesome. I was in an accident and I came here to have my car fixed. There was damage all around the car and that car came out looking brand new. I could not believe what they did with my car absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was so extremely kind and patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. They told me an expectation of completion and they got done four days early. I highly recommend Gerber collision & glass.
This place is exceptional. They keep in constant communication with you via text on how your car is progressing. They went above and beyond and I could not be more pleased. This is definitely a place to go if you need work done or glass replaced.
I cannot say enough good things about this Gerber Collision location and Joshua Brown. He was extremely professional, communicated often, always returned my calls promptly, and without his assistance I could not have gotten my claim handled from 5 hours away. I am a small business owner of 3 companies, and I wish I had employees like Joshua on my team. Gerber, you need to hang on to this employee...he is worth his weight in gold!
