To all readers. I wish there were a level beyond the satisfaction of 10. After getting my vehicle back from Gerber I felt as though it looked better than it did when I first bought it. Great repairs and customer service.
Paul called me on Friday and told me my car was ready to be picked up. I explained my husband had the rental at work in FWB and I had no way of getting. He went on to say they usually like the cars out of them. I then received a text after that phone call on Friday saying my car was ready. I asked him if I could on Monday and he agreed. I explained to him that I am basically the taker for my sister who just had colon cancer surgery. That she had an apt she had to be at by 8:30 am on Monday and he assured me it was fine. I will never go to any other car rental companies again. I a local and I needed my car worked on. I shopped around and then I found step one car rental. They were more that accommodating because they had to extend that date due to unforseen issues with it being a brand new 2025 Nissan. Still even with the delays the called me or text me everyday and explained what was going on. They are awesome. They lady at the front desk was more than helpful everyday.
