My 2014 Toyota Avalon was in a stoplight traffic accident in early October 2015. I used the Ft. Walton Beach shop for repair (a USAA recommended shop) and got my car back in about 10 days. It took a few days longer to repair as it had both front and rear end damage. A local Toyota dealer appraiser told me that the repair and 3- stage paint job was excellent, if not among the best he had seen from a repair shop. I read many reviews and was a little nervous to have my car repaired by Factory Spec., however yesterday when I picked it up I was quite pleased. My 2014 Honda Civic looked brand new again. Factory Spec. Collision Center, Inc. went above and beyond not just repairing the damage to my car due to a car accident, but they also repaired damages caused from my bike rack. I Hope That No One Else Has To Deal With Jeremiah. There Is No World Class Customer Service At This Business. Jeremiah Does Not Check His Facts Before He Talks To You. He Is Rude, Smart Mouthed, And Condescending. I Will Not Bring Any Vehicle I Own Back To This Business, Ever. I Will Also Do Everything In My Power to Ensure Everyone Else Know Exactly How They Will Be Treated If They Go There. I Will Take My Car To Alabama Before I Go There Again!!

This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with involving my car. They neglected to get my car fixed correctly the first time, and they took a week to do so when it was supposed to be fixed the same day. I would drive an hour out of my was to use another company if need be. Their customer service is terrible, and their building is disgusting. It smells like a sewer right when you walk in. Great customer service, great work, and helpful staff. They completed my car two days early and the body and mechanical work was perfect.

Theyre Awesome to do any kind of work but understand people they are a collision repair shop not a mechanic service repair. there is a difference

If you need minor cosmetic body work, they are good for that. But if your auto need ANY mechanical work - stay away. They sub contract with substandard mechanics to have your mechanical problems fixed. I am now going on 5 months and still can't drive my car due to crappy mechanical work done, and their refusal to cooperate and have it fixed properly. Stay Away !!
