This has been the most disappointing purchase I have ever made. The unit has had electrical issues from day 1. Salt system blew, temperature in the pool side is still 102 degrees and won't go lower, parts have already started rusting and have damaged our patio. The owner, rather than fulfill his obligation to purchase and install an electronic cover, took it upon himself to drill holes into my unit and install a random lifter that warped and was rusting within a week. I'd leave negative stars if I could. Just Google the owner, Ernie, you'll see he is a convicted felon who went to prison for defrauding and ripping people off in a similar business. He lies about everything from delivery to setup. We purchased from him bc of his nice sales associate, who is no longer employed there, that's when we began dealing with Ernie, and it all went downhill! Awesome experience! We bought a hot tub Monday afternoon and it was delivered the next morning. I think from my research shows their price was quite good. They held their sale for us for an extra day. Our deck is 4' above the ground and 3 guys got it on it in about 20 minutes. Incredible. Millbrook NY here.

The #1 thing to consider when buying a hot tub isn't the brand, model, or price— it's your Dealer. All things considered, our new Arcata from Cal Spas checks off all the boxes we were looking for, but without the knowledge and expertise of Ernie and his team at Factory Spas Direct we wouldn't be nearly as happy as we are being first time owners. I purchased a used hot tub from these folks. They stored it for me for a couple of months then delivered it. I live about 2 hours away from them! The crew that delivered the tub did an excellent job of positioning it as well as teaching me how to use it. I finally got it hooked up and filled. Everything works as it should. Overall I’m very pleased with the entire deal and you’ll buy from Earnie again! 5+ stars!
