I purchased a used hot tub from these folks. They stored it for me for a couple of months then delivered it. I live about 2 hours away from them! The crew that delivered the tub did an excellent job of positioning it as well as teaching me how to use it. I finally got it hooked up and filled. Everything works as it should. Overall I’m very pleased with the entire deal and you’ll buy from Earnie again! 5+ stars!

This business is absolutely unbelievable. I purchased a hot tub from them 2 years ago. The heater and pump went out in the first year. It was under warranty but they forced me to pay two $500 service charges to come out and then to install. Just 1 year later I’ve had the second pump go out and I informed them 6 weeks ago. (Before the 2 year mark.) The owner Ernie said he had just fired his whole team and it would be at least 3 weeks until he could get to me but that I was on the list. Just purchased a hot tub from Factory Spas Direct. Marcie And her husband Ernie Are great to work with! The guys who came out to deliver it were professional and took the time to make sure everything is set up perfectly! I highly recommend using Factory Spas Direct! Great prices, quality service! Thanks Ernie and your team! Also, The next day, I realized something wasn’t done and they came out immediately to do it for me! Amazing service!
