Thank you! Seamless delivery by Paul and Sean. They arrived exactly on time. Smooth set up and knowledge transfer of the operation and how to maintain the tub. Also, Paul was very flexible on the delivery date as we needed longer to prepare the yard.
Paul happened to be in the neighborhood when I called and was able to stop by to check was wrong. He left saying he needed to check out a few things and would be in touch. He was back early the next morning and fixed it. Was a nice find after chasing some of the other spa guys for 2 weeks to find they were booked out for 2 weeks. Thanks Paul!!
Was looking forward to doing buisness there. Owner is Terrible and showed his true colors over the phone. Call my wife because she wrote a honest wrote a review about house his buinsess operates. Called to speak to salesperson we talked to yesterday and must've remembered name wrong. We were planning on going up to purchase today. Person who answered phone was so rude and acting like a tough guy like we were trying to rob the place and went so far aa to say we were scammers when we simply asked what names of the sales people they had working today were.We work is sales so wanted to give the right person the sale.
