Over the phone, from 500 miles away, he reached out to help me diagnose the problem with my spa when my dealer left me hanging, he coordinated parts and supplies with his team and CalSpas, and advised me on future care and maintenance of our spa. Consummate professional and highly focused on customer care and service. Where do people like Ernie come from?! And why don’t I have more of them in my life?!
