Jamie was great. She walked me through different models and explained everything, including what to expect with a purchase.

First meeting with Jamie was very helpful, we had been out of the market for a new home for quite a while and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Look forward to continuing our house hunt!!!!
Factory Select Homes has been nothing but amazing through this process and had the best pricing on modular homes. Matt and April have been very hands on from start to finish of our project and have assisted us in some tricky situations we had dealing with bringing the home to California.
