First meeting with Jamie was very helpful, we had been out of the market for a new home for quite a while and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Look forward to continuing our house hunt!!!!
Factory Select Homes has been nothing but amazing through this process and had the best pricing on modular homes. Matt and April have been very hands on from start to finish of our project and have assisted us in some tricky situations we had dealing with bringing the home to California. Would recommend you give them your business, you won’t be disappointed!

Our home was destroyed by fire Oct 27th, 2023. Fortunately our insurance provided us the ability to purchase a new manufactured home. After visiting two MH dealers we found Jeff Vaughan at Factoru Select Homes in Mesa Arizona. Jeff made my wife and I comfortable as we looked over the homes on his lot reviewing our needs and desires. We found several that we would loved to have on our lot after our destroyed home was removed and the lot was ready for a new home.
