Very Happy with our pool from Factory Pools. All staff and friendly and helpful.
Brilliant experience with Factory O’Connor - from Don and Kathy in the showroom who answered my endless questions, to instal and handover. Communication has been great, there were no hidden costs at all throughout the whole process and everyone arrived when they said they would during instal and it all ran like clockwork. We recently had a pool installed from the team in O'Connor, from dealing with Don, to handover from Chris, Factory pools have been a pleasure to deal with. They always left the site in great condition and we are really pleased with the end finish - thank you to the team for the memories that are going to be created for our family !
One of the worst customer experiences i have had to date. 4 days out from scheduled pool dig a refund was given. This was due to rubbish customer service, price increases almost every time I spoke to someone. Even though a refund was given It cost me significant expenses. I would not use factory/ Barrier reef pools for any pool installs.
Great experience with Factory Pools Perth. From start to finish they were very professional and easy to deal with. My pool looks amazing and cant wait until summer!
