I bought my pool from Factory Pools O'Connor in August 2025 and what a great experience I have had. From the moment I walked into the showroom, to the truck driver delivering my pool, to the father son who installed the pool, plumbed and levelled the pool, the site Supervisor and lastly the final clean. Very happy with the overall service and quality of the install. We shopped around a bit and others seemed to be over promising on what we could safely fit within our constraints. Though after meeting with Don, his experience and advice assured us that the leash he was imposing on us would save us from a world of hurt in the future.
