We walked in one weekend and they attended to our queries and gave us options. Staff weren’t pushy and very informative. The timeline of the predicted install date was also accurate. Site visit was scheduled as soon as the deposit was paid and no hidden charges. Guys showed up on time and all professional. Everything was on schedule and quoted price. The pool was installed just a month after the purchase, and the installation went even more smoothly. We have just had our second pool installed by Factory pools and just like the first are very happy with the end result. From the sales team through to the final clean and handover, everything went to plan, and we were kept informed of the process along the way. If we ever need a third pool install, we know where we will be going back to.
