I’ll admit due to bad reviews I was hesitant to go with factory pools. From the moment the owner arrived for a quote I assertively stated my hesitations and questioned the reviews. Very quickly I was able to make my own decisions about how I rated this company. From the initial meeting , quotes, building process and completion I cannot fault factory pools once and I was very alert to look for errors.
