I would not recommend Factory Pools to anyone. We had five separate appointments arranged for Factory Pools to attend and address ongoing issues with our pool and on each occasion they failed to turn up. What is particularly frustrating is that they were fully aware that these issues had still not been resolved within the first 12 months and that this was significant because of the QBCC deadline. Well it took a while to complete, considering we had Christmas and some bad weather, but finally completed with the pool blanket going today, as I upgraded! From start to finish, each stage of the pool build process was completely professional. Im am very happy with the finished product. Aimee and Cathy in the office were always ready to help with any queries I had. Was pleasure dealing with these ladies. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Factory Pools! From the very first consultation through to completion, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. I’ll admit due to bad reviews I was hesitant to go with factory pools. From the moment the owner arrived for a quote I assertively stated my hesitations and questioned the reviews. Very quickly I was able to make my own decisions about how I rated this company. From the initial meeting , quotes, building process and completion I cannot fault factory pools once and I was very alert to look for errors.
