Our GC referred us to Factory Plaza for countertops during a kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, we noticed a large chip in our new Quartz countertop after the installation. Our GC contacted Factory Plaza on our behalf and the Company refused to do anything. Would not recommend them to anyone. Look elsewhere.
