I had a great experience at Factory optical. The whole process was super easy and quick. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything fit perfectly. I really appreciated how smooth and stress free the visit was. Monique was a great help!! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for prescription glasses
Monique is a life saver! Such a kind soul, who went out of her way to help a girl in need. I through-out my contact lenses thinking I packed more (from out of town). She hooked me up and made this blind girl see within an hour! Thank you so much, go see her and witness her kindness and knowledge for yourself!

Monique Taillon was amazing. She took her time to address my concerns with my new prescription, she gradually explained my current eye numbers by drawing a compass showing the eye angles. She explained all three different numbers of my eye prescription and compared old and new explaining what each meant. She adjusted my first pair of glasses, as well and made sure it stopped hurting my ear, and she fixed the frame of my second pair of glasses to be exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much, Monique! You are awesome!
