Had excellent service from Tammy today.Got educated on a few things today.Weight of lenses.Fit of frames for progressive lenses.Colors for transition,best tone for me.Last but not least always use both hands when putting on or taking off glasses.This avoids damage to arms &screws.

I recently was at Factory Optical looking for new frames. This is something I dread, but both Mona and Tammy were absolutely wonderful in assisting me. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and exceedingly helpful. The store was immaculate and extremely well-organized. I found two pairs that I love with their help and am so grateful. Very friendly helpful staff. Went looking for new glasses, got help looking at the diffrent glasses and given suggestions based on the style I like. They made sure to get proper measurements to ensure I got the properly sized glasses. As well as got me the best deal I could get. Will be my go to place for glasses and for anyone I know to go get glasses.

First time getting glasses at the age of 56. Getting used to my progressives was easy. The fit was very comfortable and they made sure the measurements were right. I no longer get headaches and my eyes no longer get tired. I love to read and I have that enjoyment again without getting sore and tired eyes. The glasses are comfortable and lightweight and I can barely tell I am wearing them.
