I spent around $1,000 on two pairs of Oakley frames and lenses that were supposed to include premium, high-refractive, thin lenses. The lenses caused major discomfort and vision issues — they were completely unwearable. Another eyewear provider later confirmed that the lenses were made to the wrong prescription, proving they were not made correctly. Lost a lens screw on my Ray Bans and on a whim went to the MJ location for help. Not only did Laurie replace this impossibly hard to find screw, she adjusted them and there are now like brand new. Two thumbs up !!!
William was so pleasant to deal with, and fixed the broken arm on my sunglasses in no time at all. Will definitely go back for my optic needs.
