For my first pare of glasses they were super helpful on finding me the right pare and nice one s too
I came into MDO to have a few pairs of glasses adjusted and Alicia helped me out. She went over and above for me by checking my warranty on my scratched pair. (I didn’t know I had warranty.) Sure enough, they were under warranty still! Now it’s like a have a new pair! Thanks so much Alicia!
I walked into factory optical without an appointment after I had squished my sunglasses and was immediately helped by a wonderful gal named Lexus. She was upbeat and friendly and had my glasses fixed up in no time! Thanks Lexus!
I brought my sunglasses in as the arms had become too wide for my face, Lexus was fantastic at looking after me! Tightened my frames and gave them an awesome cleaning!
Stopped by with broken sunglasses and left 5 minutes later with perfectly fine shades at no charge
