Sam was so awesome! She helped to adjust my mom’s glasses. Such a small thing you’d think. She went to her regular dispensary where she purchased her glasses many times to get them adjusted; the bifocal line was too high. Each time she’d come away without success. Sam at Factory Optical, listened and modified. Listened and modified. Mom was so thankful for her help! Problem solved! Thank you Sam!! Summer of 2026.

Excellent service! Brooklyn was able to fix a pair of my prescription sunglasses that were in a recent automobile accident and Sam adjusted two pairs of progressives so they didn't slide down my nose as much. I can't tell you how grateful I am for their help, especially during this particularly difficult trial I'm going through as I salvage what I can from the wreckage.
