Regarding Solis Optics, Thornhill Ontario: The lens from my glasses had fallen out because of a missing screw. Despite the fact that the glasses had not been purchased at this store, the salesperson immediately and kindly offered to help. Within minutes, she found a new screw, reattached the lens to the frame and the glasses were now useable once again. This is the epitome of customer care!
