Excellent service! My new favorite place! Great selection of frames and sunglasses too.
Good customer service. Lots of very good choices for glasses. Lots of diff brands/frames. I personally like the brands ones made in Europe (my frame is super light, professional looking and comfortable made in Spain). But, I also like the Japanese, or Korean brands. I prefer a very light frame (titanium). They had some great choices.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Factory Optical. I came in with a pair of prescription progressive sunglasses that I had purchased elsewhere and had never been able to see properly through. Everything felt distorted and warped. Good prices, great staff, good work, great glasses! I wear progressives, which can be a challenge to get just so. I appreciate that they are sensitive, cost-effective, and do their best to make sure I can see! I've always been treated kindly here. They are half the price of optometrists, and let's not get started on lenses costs in Canada, but I feel fairly treated with Factory Optical. Thank you! And I like the frame selection!
