Excellent customer service.Love my glasses
Very bad customers service. The both persons at reception were so busy in taking off for weekend, they do not even showed interest in speaking with customer. Shop time was supposed to be closed at 6 pm and she was trying to get rid of customer at 5:00 - 5:15 pm. No respect for customers or professionalism at all .... 😕
Worst experience ever! Extremely unprofessional!! I thought it was a convient stop for me on my way home from work and boy was I wrong. They broke off the entire arm of my glasses within minutes of me entering the store! She did not tell me she broke them until I asked why she needed my phone number and name... and then she tried sending me home with my glasses TAPED! I started comng here because my old clinic was too pushy on sales.The Dr here is awesome. He is friendly and helpful. The only downside seems to be the lack of sales help. I want to buy some weird shaped glasses online but if I ever need info about my prescription it seems to start a fight. I try to explain that I would buy all my glasses in store (as I have before, contacts too) but they don't have what I'm looking for so I needed help ordering online. I called in asking about pricing for prescription safety sunglasses, and they told me I can buy a groupon and apply it to the glasses. So with the groupon and my insurance, I wouldn't have to pay anything. Fast forward a few weeks once I bought the groupon. I walk into the Victoria ave store and was treated pretty well for it being lunch time, but then the lady found out I was there with a groupon.
