As a shop owner that had an agreement when initially contacted to buy from them I told the sales rep that I'm loyal to OReilly but would entertain their battery business due to the additional warranty available. After 4 years of loyal battery purchases from them they started to tell me I don't order enough to get delivery service. I was told if I want batteries in the future I have to pick them up myself. Well... I now only warranty defective batteries from Factory Motor Parts and purchase new batterries from OReilly.
Have everything I need love it
