They have no problem selling you a home. The problems come after you purchase from HFC. Make sure everything they tell you is written down. They will pull out their fine print to put it back on you. The new home was not cleaned before we took possession. They left piles of construction debris inside the house, and left the basement a MESS with dried mud and debris without even an attempt to clean it up! We were told that they go through and do a good cleaning even though in the fine print it says it is not their responsibilt... read more
Deb is absolutely terrible to talk with. Do not ask questions she gets very rude and confrontational and they are way over priced for their modular homes. Cost is increasing and it looks like the quality is decreasing!
