WORST Customer Service I've EVER experienced! Don't pay attention to the "so called, Great reviews". They're a CROCK! I've called so many times, I can't even keep up. I've had to report them to the BBB. I placed an online order in early March, and am STILL waiting for my furniture, much less, a phone call for an update. NOTHING. I order an entertainment center June 1, 2016. It is now Sept. 14, 2016 and I have yet to receive my order. I have call so many times. No one ever answers, a machine picks up. I've left messages asking for a call back for an update on what's happening. Always with no results.
