Finally an honest mechanic! I was told by the local dealership I needed to replace my front ball joint in my VW. I didn't have the $740.00, so I just drove with the problem. I went to see Rich at Chase's for an oil change and he said he would look at the ball joint also. It turns out I had a really worn tire, that was causing my problem, so he put a used one on for $45, and the noise and steering problem went away. I would have wasted almost $700.00 if I had the dealership "fix it". I would highly recommend Chases.
