Rick and his team really went above and beyond to take care of my mom’s car after significant hail storm damage and leaking. Not only did the work that some thought couldn’t be done, he made everything right after a leak was discovered. It’s nice to know a body shop you can trust with your family!

Factory Finish (owner Rick) run the kind of business you hope you'll find to look after your prized vehicle but seldom are lucky enough to be in quality hands. I had a large and obvious dent to my front fender on a rare car with very unique 16 year old paint job. Rick the owner just finished repairing both of my vehicles. He was great to work with and did a superb job removing the dents without damaging the paint. You would never know there had even been a dent and I saved quite a bit compared to my other quotes which wanted to cut out the damaged panel and weld in a replacement!
