I brought my car to factory finish and was very pleased from how they dealt with the insurance company through finishing my car. They were very professional, friendly and thorough. My car looked brand new when it was completed. I would definitely bring my car back to them. Very pleased!

Sometimes business make mistakes, but when they do, they should own up to them, and make it right. You can forget about that with Factory Finish. You'll be better off to buy some Valspar paint at Lowes and apply it to your vehicle with Walmart brand paper towels, outside, at the beach, during a hurricane.

So after deleting my first review pending some resolution I decided to make another review with an update. Short version of the story is I had the truck painted in the early part of 2016 by Factory Finish Auto Collision. It was an all over paint job with door jamb respray. I removed bumpers, lights, grille, and mirrors to prep for the work and save me some money. The truck was painted and given back to me. The work on my car was done very well and was completed in a very timely manner. My car looked better than it did before the accident, not to mention the friendly staff and their attentive nature to my concerns and attention to detail on the paint job and body work.
