We have been a customer of Factory Express for several years. We have always had excellent customer service from Becky DuBois and the ladies we dealt with before Becky. Product has always been great. I have found them easy to deal with and have had no issues getting a response when i have contacted them.

Took forever to get a response when trying to return merchandise after doing as i was instructed filled out all the paperwork on the web site. When i finally called again they emailed me back a said it was to late and nothing could be done... I had been emailing the sales rep for a Month..
Horrible Customer service, canceled my out of stock order 3-4 weeks ago and are still investigating what is going on. Forwarding it to managers and have no idea how to run a business. If I don't have a response to my email sent to: cindyc@factory-express I will be filing a chargeback with the credit card company. I hate when people waste my time like this, especially businesses.
