Taylor is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has a great personality and we thoroughly enjoy working with her.

Everything looked very cheap with minimal requirements for assembly. I noticed all the floors, even in their "up scale" models had give to them. (It only gets worse with age) The sales person was not too flexible either. He had his method of showing and got agitated when we chose to skip parts of no interest. I'm sure he is very nice if you just let him lead you around like sheep. We were told Palm Coast Homes were the best in Florida by a real estate broker. Factory Expo Home Centers was absolutely amazing. Dawn went above and beyond she was incredibly thorough, answered all of our questions and concerns, and was so patient throughout the entire process of looking and getting more information. She took her time with us, shared additional information we didn’t even think to ask for, and truly made us feel comfortable and informed. We originally came in to help my mom, but after such a great experience, I’ll definitely be coming back with my husband as well. Thank you, Dawn!
