This review is based solely on the customer service experience. We arrived 48 minutes before closing as we just arrived in town after a 4.5 hour drive. We knew time was limited but wanted to quick look. Dawn Mayr was the person helping us. We were chatting as we walked around she showed us 3 of the more expensive options (understandable) and when I asked about something smaller because we don't need anything extravagant that's why we are looking for a tiny home. Taylor is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has a great personality and we thoroughly enjoy working with her.

Everything looked very cheap with minimal requirements for assembly. I noticed all the floors, even in their "up scale" models had give to them. (It only gets worse with age) The sales person was not too flexible either. He had his method of showing and got agitated when we chose to skip parts of no interest. I'm sure he is very nice if you just let him lead you around like sheep. We were told Palm Coast Homes were the best in Florida by a real estate broker.
