Meagan Miller is the absolute sweetest ladies you could do business with. She's very easy to talk to, very accommodating to my housing needs and very helpful navigating the sea of confusion I've felt getting all the contractors together to get my property ready for my dream home. I stopped by this location to obtain info regarding pricing and the purchase process. Michael Williams was the gentleman who helped me. I was WOWED! Factory Expo homes led us to believe they had crews in michigan who would help with the job. Which was untrue they have a set up crew and concrete guy, they do not have a general contractor. There is no GC in the state of michigan who i could find to oversee a home they did not build, factory expo will not refund us our $1000. I’ve even emailed to talk to a supervisor no reply…. If i knew they didn’t have a general contractor i would have never signed.
