Got an approval with 21st mortgage for financing. Visited the location to view models & learned if you are combining land you will NOT get anywhere with this company. UNLESS using their preferred lender. So don't waste your time. You wont get a call back from Jacob, whom seems to be the ONLY person to deal with as far as the homes are concerned. Cody was absolutely amazing to work with. He was honest, patient, and professional and very friendly. He went to bat for us multiple times, and I know he had to work some magic and maybe even take a hit on commission to get us what we needed and when we needed it. He was a superstar for us and we are grateful for his help and guidance as we purchased a home for my aging father. Thanks Cody and Expo Homes for a great experience!
