Xavier Sheehan has been nothing but wonderful since day one. Our process actually started two years ago when I was trying to figure out what we could or could not afford to do on our property (plus countycodes). In February 2025 we finally met for the first time He was patient, kind, professional and engaging. We picked our house design, signed paperwork and put down our deposit. The people that give the tours are great and very helpful , I wish I could say the same for the contractors that built our home, pretty poor build, trim looks sloppy, did not seal the sinks correctly, forgot or purposely didn’t put glue in part of our floor wrap so once we got AC installed it all lifted. Should have been cheaper because of the poor quality of work .
Friendly and family, excellent mobile homes
We had and absolutely wonderful experience with Keistina. She was so knowledgeable and took us thru the whole process. If I wasn't convinced before to consider a Manufactured home I certainly am now. This was just what we were looking for in a home. Thank you and we look forward to working with her to make our dream home a reality.
