Just had a visit to the factory located in Leola, PA and was assisted by Michelle. It was a great informative walk thru. I already had an idea of what I was looking for, by visiting their website, but being at the actual lot and viewing the homes physically does make the experience more surreal. Got all my questions answered and Michelle was very welcoming she explained and walk me thru the process of how everything works in detail. I look forward to starting my house buying journey with Champion Homes.
Diane was wonderful to work with! As first time home owners trying to explore options, she was great to get information and ask questions from! Warm and lovely greeting, then took us on a tour of all kinds of homes they manufacture. She then sat down with us and explained the process, printed out information we may need, and more.
