So I received a very nice invitation to come to the factory and see how new homes are made while I decide on which model I would like to purchase. Very excited about choosing my new home. So I called to make the appointment and was told no, that is just a letter we send out, we don't do the tours due to COVID. Not sure why you send out the letter when you have no intentions of following through. Makes we worried about other things that might not be true when selecting my new home.
