Zak arrived promptly & provided a reasonable quote. So reasonable we had an additional window replaced. His team was prompt, professional & did a WONDERFUL JOB. They cleaned up inside & out. We had a great experience with Zak and his team. Zak helped us choose custom bow windows for our LR and FR. Prices were very good. The installers were professional and timely. Very happy with the process and the results.
There was no high sales pressure from salesperson and manager, Zak who answered all of our questions and concerns. Pricing was affordable and straightforward. The installation team were courteous, efficient and respectful in caring for our property while working. The windows we replaced and glass slider are wonderful quality and we can feel the difference from the drafty windows we had.
I had a super positive experience with the Factory Direct Windows and Doors. From the very first steps Zahar was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and I had a lot of them as it was my first time choosing a new front door. Same applies to the installation team. They arrived promptly, did all work professionally and left the place tidy and clean. Thank you to the professionals! I would definitely recommend the company to my friends and family.
10/10 would recommend over and over. Great costumer service, all the installers were great and friendly. All 10 of my windows were done in one day! Absolutely love the way they came out!
