zak was great in helping us get a good price on these amazing new windows. the installation process was overall very smooth. my favorite is the huge picture window in the front of the house and the big clear bay windows. would recommend to anyone looking for affordable great looking windows that function well!
Zak arrived promptly & provided a reasonable quote. So reasonable we had an additional window replaced. His team was prompt, professional & did a WONDERFUL JOB. They cleaned up inside & out. I had a super positive experience with the Factory Direct Windows and Doors. From the very first steps Zahar was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and I had a lot of them as it was my first time choosing a new front door. Same applies to the installation team. They arrived promptly, did all work professionally and left the place tidy and clean. Thank you to the professionals! I would definitely recommend the company to my friends and family.
10/10 would recommend over and over. Great costumer service, all the installers were great and friendly. All 10 of my windows were done in one day! Absolutely love the way they came out!
These guys are professional, Straight to the point, They did A wonderful job of transferring my 90 year old windows to modern day windows. The price They gave us.was.$10000 less than the other Companies who came out Before them.We had 3 other companies come out and give us a presentation on their Windows. The other companies Told us it wasn't Going 2 be easy to replace The type Of windows that we had in our basement because they were odd size and had 2 b custom made. They were out for money.
