Absolutely thrilled with our new blinds and curtains from Factory Direct! Friendly service, expert advice, and flawless installation — they look amazing!
I’m disappointed with the delay in installation. While the company’s main office communication and customer service have been very good, the installation team has been extremely poor in communication and very slow to complete the work. They couldn’t finish within the agreed timeframe, and even after sending multiple follow-up. messages to the installer, the work is still pending. I wouldn’t have left this review if the job had been completed as promised. Ref: BS-250211096-V08
Highly recommend Factory Direct!! Heard about the company through word of mouth and had Wendy out to quote for shutters in two bedrooms and the bathrooms. Wendy was very friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and provided a quick turn around time getting a quote. Factory Directory shutters were great from beginning with prompt quote by Justin Eddie followed by Sam who installed plantation shutters. Justin spent couple of hours explaining the product and taking preliminary measurements. Their backend office kept updating us on the progress of our order which was good. Sam did an excellent job with the installation. We are happy to recommend Factory Direct Shutters...to anyone who is looking to furnish their windows.
