Factory Directory shutters were great from beginning with prompt quote by Justin Eddie followed by Sam who installed plantation shutters. Justin spent couple of hours explaining the product and taking preliminary measurements. Their backend office kept updating us on the progress of our order which was good. Sam did an excellent job with the installation. We are happy to recommend Factory Direct Shutters...to anyone who is looking to furnish their windows.

I have had two dealings with Factory Direct and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for great service, from the receptionist to measure & quote ( ours was James) right to the instillation ( Nathaniel) couldn't be happier with the shutters. I found factory direct really helpful and efficient for our security door. The price quoted was really competitive. At the measure up we had a few questions that needed answering, and the guy doing the measure up even returned to be sure of one particular measurement for the handle height after we changed our minds about where to place the handle.
