I cannot recommend highly enough the service and quality of the shutters. Cameron was extremely professional and helpful with the initial measure and choice of product and Kyle did a fabulous job with the fitting. Not only bang on time but very courteous and efficient. Thank you both.

Highly recommend the Factory Direct team in Brisbane, from the initial Inhome consultation to the communication in the production period to the installation- the team had great customer service, excellent communication and delivery. I’ve installed curtains, blinds and shutters and already referred them to family.
Totally impressed with the product and the service from the initial phone call to the installation - professional, on time, attention to detail, looks amazing and so helpful. Kyle the installer check measured prior to installation and then installed 6 window shutters and a large sliding stack of shutter doors. We are so happy and would definitely recommend them everyone
We had 5 rooms installed with plantations shutter. The process took a bit longer than I expected but considering it was over the Christmas period it was understandable. Richard did the measurements and installation. We found Richard very professional and did a fantastic job.
