We usually do not put much weight on reviews as there are plenty bad reviews which are not always true. This is speaking out of experience being a business owner our selfs. HOWEVER, we had the owner come out to get a quote to build an outside room / construct a roof on top of balcony. We were told that an estimate would come our way in a week. We called and repeatedly were told excuses, even after expressing kindly to contact us or “ let us of the hook.” I believe this company cherry picks their projects and leaves people in... read more
We had some major issues from leaking roof to rotting exterior wood. The lifetime/ transferable warranty was not honored. To make matters worse, the owner himself offered twice to help with the repairs. After months of initiating contact, I was promised things that never happened. Buyer beware.
Mark and I just had a large 25' x 15' gabled roof patio cover completed by FDR. From the beginning of our communications to the job being completed we had nothing but timely and very professional service. We told them what we wanted and they designed it for us. FDR has far exceeded our expectations and we absolutley love it! We highly recommend this company and would definetely use them again for any future project!
I have had two project completed by FDR. Back in 2010, they did a roof for our patio. We have got nothing but enjoyment. When my wife's health started to decline, we decided to screen our porch. We decided to go with FDR again and haven't looked back. My wifes health is still not the greatest, but we enjoy watching the birds. Our dog Foxy gives here approval as well.
I had windows installed a few years ago and they are exceeding my expectations. Our energy bills have been reduced tremendously and are thinking about replacing additional windows and using Factory Direct again.
Terrible company. Signed a deal on behalf of Home Depot as agent of record and then tried to assign me and relinquish ownership.
