Damaged items; cheap quality- company doesn’t respond to order inquiries!!
If you are ordering from this company and you need to receive the items you ordered within the time frames they advertise you will need to call them as well. So if you pick 2-3 business days for your shipping time, it may not get to you for 5 business days. When I reached out to them to complain, they said, I should call to make sure they know that I actually need it in 2-3 business days. I tried these guys again and they had a good run. Easy to order from but not easy to get help when the order isn't what you expected. The colors , for half the items ordered, do not appear the same as they do online. After items were delivered, they sent a follow up email with contact information if customer service was needed. I have called and emailed both of those contacts listed and no one answers the phone and no response to the email. Also, if you order different items of the same color, don't expect them to match.
I ordered minions decorations and they sent this. total scam
Beware absolute joke of a business!!! You won't get your order or only part of it. When you contact "customer service" you'll get promises that are only lies!!!! Shop anywhere else except here. You'll thank all of us ripped off customers
