Worst experience I have ever had with a medical supplier. Beware if you purchase anything outside of Ontario, they offer no local support or repair. Purchased a power wheelchair which stopped working after 3 months. Did everything they asked of us and finally received a replacement chair that quite working after 2 months. Now that we want to cut our losses and get a refund Alan Kline no longer wants to deal with us. Absolutely horrible!!!
