We were shopping for a new mattress for a while looking in both Slidell and Picayune, MS. After trying many different brands we went to Mattress Direct in Picayune. Troy, owner/manager, was the best for price, knowledge, comfort and honesty. We returned to the store 3 times with questions and Troy was always accommodating and pleasant. I paid $500+ to sleep on a rock. I purchased the 6000 series pillowtop, after Ian told me you "sink right in" to the pillowtop, without losing any support from the mattress. This could not be further from the truth. All night I tossed and turned, and I was even able to feel the coils jutting into my hip. Also, during delivery, the employee dropped the mattress on the ground while getting it out of the truck. I now have to pay even more money to order a mattress topper to make this garbage comfortable enough to sleep on. Leb... read more
