Run..run..run as fast as you can from this dealership..we bought a brand new sun chaser pontoon on 6/12/16 was told to come and pick it up on 6/30/16 only cause we had called and made a big deal about our boat not being ready almost 3 weeks after we bought it and when we showed up the boat still was not ready and every person we delt with on it when we bought the boat had quit so the people there the day we came did not even know we were coming..we tried to back out but the bank had already paid them so there was no turning ... read more
This by far has to be the worst place ive ever done business with they are nice to you until you sign the papers they are so rude i wouldnt send my worst enemy to these scumbags and if you do decide to deal with these idiots bring some vaseline becuase you will be getting screwed i know first hand!!!!! GO somewhere like campers inn or camping world... prices are alot lower and there used inventory doesnt look like its been in a field for 30yrs oh wait Boat&RV all the used junk is about 3 acres off the lot in a wooded field b... read more
This place should be avoided like the plague. By far the most unprofessional service after the sale. Months of excuses and problem to receive warranty repairs. Don't walk ... run from this place. Currently engaging my attorney due to this businesses practices. Save yourself the trouble. I wish I had read these negative reviews before visiting here. nothing but trouble.
Hopelessly, er Helplessly awaiting possession of our new boat!! If you're in the market, don't stop here, keep traveling in the OPPOSITE direction!! :(
PLEASE take note of these negative reviews. I don't know how they keep the doors open. One of the most unprofessional places I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I could spend an hour explaining the negatives of this establishment but I will give this review as much attention as they did my deal. Bottom line. Go elsewhere.
