Called to find out about treating the roof of my camper. NO ONE had a clue about it. The receptionist acted like I was asking about how to grow grass on the roof. She had never heard of roof coating and then connected me to the sales department who then connected me to the service department where I went to a voice mail that you couldn't leave message at. Called back and basically the same second time. I give up. How can you work somewhere where you know nothing about the product?

A non-responsive sales staff when inquiring about a replacement refrigerator. After taking all my information I never heard back from the salesperson! I should not be surprised as this is generally the hallmark of Camping World! Use United RV Parts in Texas instead. They are helpful, responsive and stand behind their product line!

Poor customer service. Called early inquiring about a part for my RV. Was told to call back. Called back and was told the girl for parts was helping a propane customer, that she would return my call shortly. Hours later no return call so I called back because if they had my part it would require a short road trip to go get it. Was told the person was with a customer and would call me back asap, nope didn’t happen. Called again a couple of hours later and was put on hold hold hold hold.
