Camping World is the best place to go when you want to feel like you don’t matter! Service department will lose your ticket and use that as one of their excuses for why they didn’t do all requested repairs, they never call you back, they’ll come across “issues with manufacture not approving repairs” or “manufacturer needed a better quality picture of a serial number” yet not communicate this with their clients who could have provided this information in a timely manner. I would like to thank the Camping World service department in Ridgeland, South Carolina. They did an outstanding job of customer service. Phil is an outstanding electrician and found our problem immediately. He had our generator fixed within minutes! Thanks again to the entire crew!
Austin was the absolute best person to do business with. He sold me my first camper and pointed out great details. Even did research at other camping worlds for campers that fit my needs which I ended up getting. Very friendly, personable, and doesn’t try to push you into a more expensive sale for his own benefit, and doesn’t rush you. Great experience with him and would highly recommend doing business with him!
