If I could give zero stars I would! My husband and I bought a camper in September of 2025 (brand new). The salesman was great and we thought we were in good hands. However after the camper was delivered was when the issues started to pile up. We bought the camper to live in full time. The dealership was aware of this. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a retail location. Do not take your camper here. You will be highly disappointed! The service department is awful!
If I could give negative 0 stars for this location I would. The customer service communication is nonexistent. You call, ALWAYS have to leave a message, and NEVER get a return call. We dropped our camper a month ago with a hot water heater issue and two weeks later we were told there was no issue with our water pump. Yes WATER PUMP! Well of course there wasn’t!
