Absolutely great experience. Evelyn, cindy, steve, nate know the science of replacing liner. This was our first time replacing an old old liner. I learned so much from them. Installed custom steps, new liner fixed concrete. Well planned and executed. Thank you.
I had my liner replaced 6 years ago. looked good for the first 2 years and it faded. Also, during the install, they made the corners too tight. I had 2 corners tear due to the amount they stretched they put there. They said warranty only if for seams - not anything else. Getting a hold of them and getting them to even respond is a pain. When they give you the warranty, you should just file it in the trash, that is all it is. My previous liner lasted 12 years.
CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE CLIENT IS AWFUL!!! I HAVE YET TO FIND OUT HOW GOOD THE ACTUAL POOL IS!!! I ordered pool in June 2024 from local dealer. They told Mr that pool should be in for pick-up within 2 weeks. That 2 weeks turns to almost 2 months. I tried to contact doughboy online but their system only set back an automated response with NO follow-up. So I continued to communicate with local dealer. When pool finally came in my Installer picked it up & began with install only to be delated by wrong liner sent. I contact dou... read more
