CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE CLIENT IS AWFUL!!! I HAVE YET TO FIND OUT HOW GOOD THE ACTUAL POOL IS!!! I ordered pool in June 2024 from local dealer. They told Mr that pool should be in for pick-up within 2 weeks. That 2 weeks turns to almost 2 months. I tried to contact doughboy online but their system only set back an automated response with NO follow-up. So I continued to communicate with local dealer.
