I Ordered a Hot Tub Cover from this company in July of 2022 and one arrived within 60 days. It was Too Short - and Too Narrow not even close to the dimensions ordered and was not the same thickness as discussed to replace my existing specs. I've been promised over and over in countless phone calls and texts back and forth with this company. That it was an error at the manufacturer on the order specs and the replacement was in process.
