Poor advice given on the initial install, as to how many vents required, which resulted in half the house freezing and half the house too hot. After nearly two months of msg back and forth for them to get them come back & adjust (which I was happy to pay for), the owner kept stalling & saying someone else would call me, then eventually called and said he had no idea who I was. Terribly rude & unprofessional - steer well clear. Have given 2 stars because the install guys he uses were fantastic.
Best quality and affordable service in SA. Brian is honest, reliable and remarkably knowledgeable. Quick, flawless installation by professional team. We now enjoy perfectly controlled comfort on the hottest of days! We have already recommended to friends and family.
Awesome company to deal with. From my first contact with Brian our old ducted gas system was removed and new ducted reverse cycle system was installed within a week. The installers were professional, friendly and left everything as tidy as when they arrived. Woukd definitely recommend.
Brian and his team have done excellent work in installing a new duct air conditioning system in my house. From quote to installation, all work was finished within a week. My whole family was impressed by Martin and James' hard working and professional attitudes. Cutting air outlets on a lath and plaster ceilings of an old house are not easy! They did an excellent job without making any cracks. They cleaned the whole site and took all the rubbish away! I strongly recommend their services.
These guys are no1 in the business very professional and friendly thanks for my new air conditioner!
